Works have commenced at Oakdene House in Portsmouth with the isolation of services, soft strip-out of internal fixtures and fittings and minor demolition to the ground floor. This project is a £1m refurbishment of a vacant building to provide 14 No. 24 hour care / assisted living flats together with minor external works for Portsmouth City Council.
