Contract Management
We appoint a dedicated contracts manager to each project who acts as the main client contact.
Your contracts manager will be responsible for all the planning; including organising materials and resources as well as addressing any potential issues to make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible.
Site Management
Each project has its own site manager who oversees the construction work on a daily basis, including managing quality standards and health and safety.
We use a digital system called Procore, which can be accessed by our clients enabling you to see drawings, progress photos and snag lists in real time from any location, meaning you don’t have to travel to site for updates.
Quantity Surveying
Our in-house quantity surveyor manages monthly evaluations, works completed, sub-contractors and project variations to help keep costs on track.
After Care
After your project has been completed, our team is on hand for up to 12 months afterwards.
If there are any defects, we can resolve these quickly and can also provide monthly maintenance for equipment such as plant if needed.
