Work has commenced on Greenwood Lodge, one of our residential properties on the Isle of White we secured at the end of last year. Main demolition of the original house and garage has taken place and our team have started the next step in constructing the foundations and framework for the new building taking its place. Timber frame has commenced and is progressing well, substructure have been completed and the swimming pool structure is well under way. We’re very excited to see the end result; judging by these images from Mitchell Evans Architects, we’ll be in for a treat.
