Veterinary Practice
A complete new fit-out of a veterinary practice

Project case study
Vale Southern Construction was appointed to deliver the £1.3 million design-and-build project. Working closely with the client, the team developed a workable design for the new facility, including a comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) package tailored to the vet’s needs.
Internally, the 4,360 sq ft space was completely transformed to accommodate:
-
Six consulting rooms
-
Two operating theatres
-
A dental suite
-
CT scanner
-
In-house laboratory
-
Reception area
-
Separate dog and cat wards
As the main contractor, Vale Southern handled the full fit-out, ensuring every element of the interior met clinical and operational standards. The M&E installation required precise coordination, with all services routed above the ceiling to maintain a clean and functional environment.
Externally, the team reconfigured the car park and created a secure dog walking area. The building façade was refreshed by respraying the cladding and window frames, providing a professional and welcoming appearance.
