Private House
High-end residential refurbishment

Project case study
A substantial country house built in the 1900s in the style of a mini French château — complete with shuttered windows and a deep clay-tiled roof, set within 7.5 acres of gardens and woodland on the edge of the Surrey Hills.
Vale Southern was appointed to deliver a full internal refurbishment of the main house, alongside coordinating the wider scheme of works across the estate — including a tennis court, swimming pool, air-conditioned gym, and a 3-bay oak-framed garage — all completed within a 16-week contract period.
The house required a complete internal transformation: new kitchen, family and reception spaces, five bedroom suites, and a striking second floor addition housing a cinema room and dedicated dressing/storage space.
Danley Hill is a clear example of what Vale Southern delivers on complex, high-specification residential projects: a fast-moving programme, careful coordination across multiple trades and client-direct packages, and a finished product that speaks for itself in the property's subsequent valuation.
