REFURB FLATS FOR THE ELDERLY IN LEIGH PARK

​

Vale Southern completed the first phase for the refurbishment of three blocks of flats owned and run by Portsmouth City Council in the Havant and Waterlooville area to an exceedingly good standard and have achieved this on time.

 

Residents were relocated into prepared decant flats and returned into their newly completed flats within the tight timescales prescribed within the contract in a caring and sympathetic manner. It was lovely to see the happy smiling faces of the residents as they moved from their small 70’s style studio flats into their lovely new one bed flats incorporating wet-rooms, and with lounges / diners and fully equipped kitchens, all superbly installed by Vale Southern paying due account to the special needs of particular residents as the project progressed.

 

On completion of the final section of the first block many residents were overheard congratulating Vale on having managed to undertake the project in an existing occupied building, with relatively minimal disturbance to their daily lives.

Science Rooms

​

Just to say a big thank you for all the superb work your company carried out on our science classroom refurbishment.

Our staff and pupils are now enjoying their new facilities, which we were proud to showcase on our open evenings.

The team of workers, managed by a great site manager were very competent and worked alongside us during a very difficult time of flooding here at the school.
