Project Description: Oakdene House is a part single, part two storey building previously forming an NHS rehabilitation inpatient unit. Now owned by Portsmouth City Council, this recently completed project comprised a major internal alteration and refurbishment to the existing building creating 12No. 1-bed flats, 1No. 2-bed flat, and 1No. 6-bed flat. The building will provide homes to supplement the Council’s Supported Living Portfolio and provide accommodation with 24/7 care support on site.
