Vale Builders Southern have successfully completed the construction and fit out of a brand new restaurant and pub in Havant. Langbrook Farm, is located on the edge of Langstone Technology Park and the A3023 Langstone Road to Hayling Island.
The pub is owned by Greene King, and is another prestigious new build that we have completed with them in the last 2 years. Langbrook Farm opened to the public at the end of June and is set to become one of the most prominent pubs in the Portsmouth area.
Vale worked alongside Fasset FM, which runs the technology park, to create a new access road off of the existing Langstone Technology Park Access Road these works were carried out in 2 phases with the access road and services excluding the wearing course constructed as Phase 1 works and the associated road markings constructed as part of Phase 2 works.
The Langstone Technology Park is open to the public and tenants 24 hours a day 365 days a year and so the works were carried out whilst the operations of the technology park and associated businesses continued.
In addition to the restaurant, planning permission has also been granted for an 80 bed budget hotel to be built on the adjacent land to the restaurant.
