Brief Project Description: Conversion of ten floors of office space into a 135 bed hotel with an extension for the kitchen area. Conversion of open plan office space into 135 bedrooms using metal stud plasterboard partitioning to form bedrooms and bathrooms. Complete fit-out including all finishes.
